With over 16 years of classical ballet training, 12 years of yoga, and 3 years of Pilates training, in 55 minutes she manages to exercise every part of your body, focusing on toning and trimming. She also incorporates a fantastic cardio segment, that will boost your metabolism and burn calories away! Her passion for Pilates shines through, as she leads a high intensity, low impact training session (meaning it is safe for your joints, and for beginners). She can work private lessons building foundation, or group and couple’s classes. Her specialty is toning the core and booty, creating the ultimate beach body.
