Not everything that is recyclable on the mainland is recyclable here. What IS recyclable:
Glass Bottles and other glass.
Aluminum Cans
Mixed Metals (other cans, foil, etc)
PLASTIC BOTTLES WITH A NECK are the ONLY plastics recyclable on Maui. NOT RECYCLABLE: Yogurt containers and other food containers, plastic cups, straws, coffee cup lids, egg cartons, etc. ONLY PLASTIC BOTTLES WITH A NECK.
Cardboard
